To prosper, these changes will require an even greater automation from beginning to end.
Restaurants are suffering, but consumers are eating more at home. We’re stll eating the same amount of food, but in very different package sizes. Promotion of consumer food/beverage products is changing, the pre-COVID well-tuned food supply chain is hitting some bumps in the road, and all the while the packaging supply chain is expected to absorb and accomodate these flucutations.
